FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Plans

FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Plans are available for personal use on new, certified, and pre-owned (used) vehicles.

• Vehicles (including CERTIFIED) within 36 months of the original in-service date and with fewer than 36,000 miles are eligible for new Extended Care Premium, Extended Care Plus, and Extended Care plans.
• Vehicles eligible for mechanical service coverage that are older than 36 months past the in-service date and/or with more than 36,000 miles can be warrantied with used Mopar Vehicle Protection plans. Feel free to contact us with your VIN number if you are not sure of your in-service date.
• A FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Lift Kit contract must accompany all new 5-8 year limited mileage MVP service contracts sold on Jeep Wranglers, Jeep Gladiators, and Ram 1500s equipped with a Mopar Lift Kit up to 4 inches; otherwise, the mechanical service coverage will not be honored.

Commercial FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Plans

Commercial FlexCare/Mopar Vehicle Protection Plans are specifically offered for vehicles used for delivery, service and repair, landscaping and grounds, shuttle service, snow removal, and FCA US vehicles with a mechanical apparatus for picking, hoisting, and towing, flatbeds, and box delete trucks.

• New commercial Maximum Care and Added Care Plus coverages are available with a $100 deductible for both gas and diesel models within 36 months/36,000 miles of the in-service date.
• New commercial coverages are available for 5-term plans with mileage limits of 100,000, 150,000, and 200,000 miles, and for 7-year plans with mileage limits of 60,000, 75,000, 100,000, and 150,000 miles.
• Mopar also offers pre-owned commercial Added Care Plus coverage for gas and diesel vehicles with a $500 deductible.
• Used commercial Extended Care Plus plans are available for 1- and 2-year terms with unlimited mileage coverage.

FlexCare/Mopar Road Hazard/Tire and Wheel Plans

FlexCare/Mopar Road Hazard/Tire and Wheel Plans are available for vehicles no more than 11 years old with no more than 100,000 miles.

• This plan provides full repair or replacement coverage for all 4 tires and wheels due to road-hazard damage, with no $ cap on plan coverage, plus the cost of mounting, balancing, and stems for original equipment.
• Coverage also includes tire pressure sensor gauge replacement and a $0 deductible per repair visit.
• The plan’s Towing and Roadside Assistance is on a $100 “Sign-And-Go” basis. Commercial vehicles are not eligible for Road Hazard/Tire & Wheel coverages.

Auto Appearance Care Plans

Auto Appearance Care Plans provide unlimited ding and dent coverage on new and pre-owned FCA US vehicles for a $0 deductible.

• The Paintless Dent Repair (PDA) Service Agreement will cover removal of any dings and dents no larger than 4 inches on vertical panels and on horizontal panels, including the hood, roof, and trunk, that can be repaired using the PDA process.
• Vehicles no more than 11 years old with no more than 80,000 miles are eligible to buy the Auto Appearance Care Plans.
• Commercial vehicles are not eligible for Auto Appearance care coverage.

Auto Appearance Care Plus Plans

Auto Appearance Care Plus Plans, in addition to providing the same dings and dents coverage, also cover repair of windshield glass cracks less than 6 inches and chips with a maximum diameter of 1.5 inches, as well as interior soft-trim damage up to a 2-inch maximum diameter on seats, door panels, and floor mats.

• "Anytime Sale" Auto Appearance Care Plus Plans offered by Zeigler Auto Group cover Pre-Existing conditions that are repairable with the PDR process.
• Vehicles newer than 11 years with fewer than 80,000 miles are also eligible for Auto Appearance Care Plus Plans.

(Certain restrictions apply. Auto Appearance Care and Auto Appearance Plus do not cover any type of sharp creases, hail damage, environmental damage, rust/corrosion, surfaces where the paint has been damaged, or dents and dings on the roof panel when the vehicle has a sunroof or moonroof.)
