Used Vehicle Inspection Form Used Vehicle Inspections must be completed within 30 days prior to the registration of a Mopar/FlexCare Used Vehicle Protection Contract. It is your responsibility to find a Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, or Jeep dealer to complete the Initial Inspection, Under Hood, Under Vehicle, Road Test Checklists, and pay for the inspection. The completed passed Inspection Form and a copy of the paid Repair Order should be emailed to info@factoryplans.com or faxed to 269-585-6004. Also, a vehicle that has been declared a total loss by an insurance company doesn't qualify for any plans. Thank you. |
