Our highly experienced, nationally certified PDR technicians use specialized tools to repair your vehicle's damages without the use of painting, sanding or body fillers. That means you can be on the road again in about the same time it takes to get an oil change. No hassles. No long lines. No frustrations or inconveniences.
Plan Terms
Auto Appearance Care plans are available to cover your vehicle for a duration from one to five years. And if your vehicle already has repairable damage, we offer the same range of plans to cover pre-existing conditions.
What Is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR)?
- Paintless Dent Repair uses an innovative process to remove dents and dings of no larger than 4 inches from your vehicle's metal panels.
- Repairs are made by highly experienced, nationally certified PDR technicians.
- Covers both horizontal and vertical panels including the hood, trunk and roof.
- No sanding, painting or body fillers are required.

Auto Appearance Care Plus Benefits
In addition to the advantages and quality services you receive with Auto Appearance Care, Auto Appearance Care Plus gives you these valuable benefits:
Windshield Repair Coverage
You can stop those subtle chips and cracks from requiring a costly windshield replacement. This coverage protects up to 1.5" for chips and up to 6" for cracks.
Carpet and Floor Mat Coverage
Keep your vehicle's carpet and floor mats free of those unattractive nuisances.
Interior Trim and Upholstery Coverage
Your interior will stay free of those unsightly damages. Coverage applies to damaged areas up to 2" in diameter.
Vehicles Ineligible for Auto Appearance Care Protection Plans
Vehicles with 100 percent plastic fiberglass or other non-metal composite body panels are not eligible for Auto Appearance Plans. Other ineligible vehicles include ambulances, police pursuit and patrol, fire, security patrol, right-hand and postal vehicles, limousines, taxis, Uber, Lyft, and other passenger transport for payment vehicles. Dump trucks, tow trucks, cab and chassis trucks, fleet and commercial vehicles, motor homes, and converted or altered vehicles, and other vehicles with dual rear wheels or engines operating on natural gas or engines greater than 8 cylinders also are ineligible.
Auto Appearance Care does not cover any type of sharp creases, hail damage, environmental damage, rust/corrosion, surfaces where the paint has been damaged, or dents and dings on the roof panel when the vehicle has a sunroof or moonroof. Vehicles older than 11 years and those with more than 80,000 miles are not eligible for Auto Appearance Care coverage.
Plan Service/Toll-Free Numbers
Plan service will be provided by the dealer who sold you the plan. In the event that you cannot return to the selling dealer for service, you may request plan service from any FCA dealer within the United States, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico or Mexico.
