FlexCare Vehicle Service Contracts

Beginning in September 2024, extended service plans currently offered as Mopar Vehicle Protection will be re-branded as FlexCare Vehicle Protection on a state-by-state basis.

Introduction of FlexCare Vehicle Protection extended service plans have begun in 14 states, including Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and West Virginia.

FlexCare Extended Care Premium will replace Maximum Care, Added Care and Added Care Plus have been integrated into FlexCare Extended Care Plus and FlexCare Extended Care will replace Powertrain Care Plus.

• Three Vehicle Service Contract plan levels.
• Mechanical plans range from powertrain to complete coverage of 5000+ mechanical components for New and Pre-Owned vehicles.
• Various term and mileage options to complement customer ownership preferences on New, Pre-Owned, Certified Pre-Owned and Commercial vehicles.
• New Plans can be sold on vehicles within 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.
• Pre-Owned plans are available for vehicles within the last 10 model years and up to 150,000 miles or whichever comes first.

• Extended Care Premium – Exclusionary coverage of over 5,000 critical components
• The only parts and labor NOT covered: maintenance services, catalytic converter and particulate filter; glass, plastic lenses and light bulbs; body and paint items; snowplows, winches, and trailer hitches; wear items such as tires, manual clutch assembly, brake pads, shoes, rotors, drums, belts, wipers, or any other wear items.

• Provides 100% customer refund at contract expiration if customer has not made any mechanical coverage claims

All time and mileage specifications are from the original in-service date and zero miles

General Eligibility Requirements

For Vehicle Service Contracts– NEW Vehicles:

• All FCA US vehicles plus most competitive makes are eligible; Competitive make vehicles are not eligible for unlimited mileage plans
• New vehicles within 36 months of the in-service date and 36,000 miles
• Available at time of vehicle sale or through the service drive

EXCLUSIONS

(Additional exclusions apply; see customer agreement for full list)

• Mechanical breakdowns covered by vehicle’s manufacturer’s warranty
• Any loss, damage or expense caused by accident, collision, vandalism or weather-related conditions, lack of maintenance, and/or pre-existing conditions
• Trip Interruption Benefit not available in all states

Vehicle Service Contracts– PRE-OWNED Vehicles

Three available coverage plans:

• Extended Care Premium – Exclusionary coverage of over 5,000 critical components

• Eligibility - Vehicles used for any commercial purposes and all Ram Cab & Chassis applications within 36 months of the in-service date and 36,000 miles.

• Pre-Owned:

• One- and two-year Unlimited mile terms available
• $500 deductible
• Eligibility – Vehicles used for any commercial purposes and all Ram Cab & Chassis applications within last five model years with no more than 125,000 miles

Vehicle Service Contracts– LIFT KIT Coverage (Jeep and Ram Vehicles)

• New
• Extended Care Premium, Extended Care Plus or Extended Care must be sold with the vehicle to add on the lift kit coverage option
• Lift Kit coverage includes coverage of Mopar® lift kits up to a combined 4 inches
• Option terms and eligibility match vehicle service contract

• Pre-Owned
• Extended Care Premium with Lift Kit Coverage option
• Three-to-five year and up to 75,000 mile plans available
• $100 deductible
• Last 10 model years are eligible with a Mopar® 4-inch lift kit
